In case you don't already know about me....

My name is Sylvia NebSa Harmon, but most people call me NebSa or Miss NebSa. I've been a micro enterprise and cottage craft industry specialists, international craft buyer, designer, market woman and fundraiser since 1982 when I opened Inspirit Arts in Nairobi, Kenya.
I am a natural born American citizen, who spent 18 years living and schooling in Europe and Africa. I've devoted my life to addressing poverty issues in developing countries by encouraging people towards self employment either making or selling village made crafts to raise funds for themselves and the causes they care about.
Upon returning to the US, I started taking regular and extended business trips to in Asia, Central and South America to develop a line of fair trade hair and fashion accessories made by indigenous artisans. Over the years, I've perfected a unique vending method for raising funds through selling head wraps and other products in a way that brings joy and delight to shoppers at fairs and festivals. I opened the Inspirit Arts Vendor Academy so others might learn my methods, start creating memorable shopping experiences for customers, and benefit from the freedom, flexibility and profitability of an Inspirit Arts fundraising business and vendor lifestyle.
Now I'm focused on expanding the vendor academy into a humanitarian fundraising collective.
